I've worked across software development, project management, digital systems and social-service operations.

I started out primarily as a developer, but over time my work expanded into figuring out how systems, processes and people fit together. That meant building software, working with vendors, managing projects, improving processes and occasionally explaining why something that sounds simple, isn't.

I like practical solutions. If something can be fixed with a small application, I'll build one. If it doesn't need software, I won't invent a reason for it to.

I'm comfortable working with both technical and non-technical people, and I particularly enjoy the awkward problems that sit somewhere between people, processes and technology.
